Stölzle Lausitz is committed to maintaining the integrity, perceived value, and premium
positioning of its glassware and related products. To support our brand, retail partners, and
long-term growth, Stölzle Lausitz has adopted this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”)
Policy.
Policy Overview
1. MAP Definition: The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each Stölzle Lausitz
product is equal to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as listed on the
most current Stölzle Lausitz price sheet.
2. Scope of Policy: This policy applies to all forms of advertised pricing, including but not
limited to: websites, online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart.com), email
campaigns, printed materials, social media, and other public advertising channels. It
does not dictate the actual selling price in a physical store or direct transaction; retailers
remain free to sell at any price in-store.
3. Temporary Price Reductions (Sales/Promotions): Retailers may advertise Stölzle
Lausitz products below MAP only with prior written approval from Stölzle Lausitz.
Approved promotional pricing must: (a) be clearly designated as a limited-time sale; (b)
not exceed fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days; and (c) return to MAP immediately
following the promotion period.

4. Prohibited Advertising Practices: Retailers may not advertise discounts, coupons, or
price reductions that effectively drop the price below MAP, or use language such as
“click for lower price,” “add to cart for price,” or similar tactics that imply pricing below
MAP.
5. Enforcement and Compliance: Stölzle Lausitz will monitor advertised prices and
reserves the right to determine policy compliance at its sole discretion. Violations may
result in actions up to and including suspension or termination of supply, removal from
authorized dealer status, or loss of marketing support.
6. Policy Administration: This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-negotiable. No employee
or sales representative is authorized to modify or grant exceptions except in writing
from an authorized Stölzle Lausitz executive. Stölzle Lausitz reserves the right to amend
or discontinue this policy at any time.
Acknowledgment
By advertising, listing, or selling any Stölzle Lausitz product, all resellers and retail partners
acknowledge and agree to comply with this MAP Policy. Participation in Stölzle Lausitz’s
distribution network or continued sale of its products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
